Bob is a licensed attorney, real estate broker and general contractor. He also has a lifetime teaching credential in the subjects of Real Estate, Marketing and Industrial Technology. Bob’s law practice areas include real estate, business and civil litigation. Bob began his professional career in Commercial Banking where he financed small and medium sized businesses and real estate projects for construction, development and permanent financing. He negotiated problem loan settlements and established residential real estate lending offices throughout the San Joaquin Valley. Upon leaving banking, Bob established and operated a fully integrated real estate company involved in construction, development, property management, consulting and sales. The company also had a division that manufactured custom cabinetry. The company was involved in subdividing land, obtaining entitlements, building medium-sized and small residential and commercial projects, providing plumbing and electrical service and repair, performing home inspections, property management and brokerage services. As a broker, Bob was involved in the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential property and small businesses.

Bob began working on family law cases in 2012. He began slowly, learning the procedures and laws. He had coaching and training from distinguished family law attorneys. He now has a flourishing family law practice that includes divorce and child custody. His real estate and civil litigation background are particularly beneficial in contested divorces and property settlement. Bob believes that family law matters do not need to be contentious and should be settled amicably, particularly when children are involved, however when they become contentious, Bob is the strong advocate who rolls up his sleeves and fights for his clients’ best interests . In either case, Bob believes guidance is needed to protect the rights of his clients.

Bob believes in giving back to the community. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Fresno Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity – Fresno and Campus Bible Church. He is past president of the Fresno Association of Realtors as well as a former director of the California Association of Realtors and he is past president of the Community Housing Counsel of Fresno.
